Have an Idea for Change?
We welcome homeowner feedback and ideas for improving our community! If you would like to see a change, please email the Board. We encourage homeowners to connect with fellow residents who share their interest and work together to form a committee to explore ideas and help bring positive change to our neighborhood.
All changes to our covenants require a 2/3 vote from each plat. A committee will be required to collect homeowner insight, propose replacement verbiage and work with the board, before ballots would be emailed out.
